Interesting theory and I suppose depending on the task or my personal venture I would place myself in more than one consciousness. But I suppose overall I would be in the Conscious Competence “pigeon hole”.

Unconscious competence is the most difficult to attain as it requires a great deal of repetition. Common examples used would be driving a car or speaking. It's a very intriguing theory as it applies/crosses into many different areas of our lives.

A simple and one dimensional answer to what is a complex question. The term "covering up" covers many areas. Are they "covering up" due to; a lack of support?(parent/peers);repeated failure to change a situation they desperately wish to get away from? (poor education/mass media); being taken advantage of by Leisure gyms/products which do very little once the 12 month gym membership/cheque has been signed? This is the type of "covering up" which is resulting in the UK Nations health deterioration. Rather than judge those that are covering we need to first understand why they cover up and make them aware (conciously incompetent) and then work out solutions to help them achieve their potential (concious) competence)
