Boxed Red lands prestigious contract with Barratt Homes
Winning a competitive four-way pitch process will see the full-service agency deliver the entire creative marketing strategy for the Bentley Priory development.
Boxed Red Marketing is delighted to announce an exciting contract win with national housebuilder Barratt Homes.
The Knutsford-based agency won a competitive four-way pitch process to deliver the entire creative marketing strategy for one of Barratt’s most prestigious property developments to date, Bentley Priory.
An integrated, full-service offering will see Boxed Red provide a brand identity and website development, as well as brochures, signage and advertising once the development in Harrow, North London is under way.
Bentley Priory boasts a proud and rich history, most notably as Fighter Command Headquarters during the Battle of Britain in World War II and for being the residence of Queen Adelaide. The Grade II-listed mansion house on site will be renovated and remain a centerpiece for the development.
A museum will be created within the mansion house, managed by the Bentley Priory Battle of Britain Trust to preserve the site, its historical significance and to remember the conflict that took place during the second world war, the D-Day landings and the Cold War.
The project will comprise 103 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes commanding a price tag of up to £4.5m, with plans to restore the Italian gardens in the stunning parklands to their former glory.
