Police have released CCTV images of three men they would like to speak to following an armed robbery at a hotel in Handforth.

At 3.38am on 20 August the Hallmark Hotel in Stanley Road was targeted offenders wearing dark clothing. They were armed with a hammer and a knife. The men made a search of the till area and office area.

They then demanded keys to a safe from the night porter, but he refused. The offenders then fled with cash.

The suspects are described as being in their 20s dressed in tracksuits and trainers. They had their faces covered.

DC Alison Shields said: “We have been making a number of enquiries to find those responsible. If you recognise the men in the CCTV images or had seen suspicious activity please contact me.”

Anyone with information should contact DC Alison Shields on 101 or via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/contact/general-enquiries/quoting IML 159840.

Alternatively information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
