Health tech business invests in Cheshire

By on February 11, 2019

Matthews & Goodman’s agency team has secured Health Intelligence, a leading Healthtech provider, as a tenant for Unity House – a modern two storey office building, extending to 14,080 sq ft, in Winsford, Cheshire.

The property, which is owned by a private investment company, is part of a portfolio of investment properties across the North West, including Manchester and Liverpool.

Health Intelligence has agreed a 10-year leasehold tenancy agreement for the entire building.

The private investment company has been a client of Matthews & Goodman for more than 10 years.

The firm advises them on a number of different, property-related, issues including: Acquisition & disposal; lease consultancy; property letting; property management; building consultancy; portfolio valuation; and business rates advice.

“Health Intelligence was able to streamline their operations from two offices into one building, and our client was able to secure a prestigious tenant for a vacant property which was starting to accrue costs.”

Phil Kirby, managing director at Health Intelligence, said: “Due to the rapid growth of our company over the past few years, we were in need of a larger head office to accommodate our expanding team.

“Unity House fits our requirement and we are all looking forward to settling into the building, and Winsford in general.”

Unity House is conveniently located for both Liverpool and Manchester and is within easy reach of both the M6 and the M56.
