Knutsford Beer Festival 2019 raises £10,000 for charity

By on June 21, 2019
This year’s Knutsford Beer Festival saw 1,000 people through the doors at the Courthouse Hotel.
A record-breaking £10,000 was raised for nominated local charities Knutsford Royal May Day and CAFT, with £4,500 going to each charity and the remaining £1,000 creating a community fund open for local charities to apply for smaller grants throughout the year.
Over 30 beers were on offer at the festival, along with a variety of gins, wines and cider. Comedy, live music and wine tasting also took place over the weekend.
A large number of local businesses were involved in sponsoring the event from supporting the running of the event, to raffles and beers.
