By on August 9, 2019

Chester-based luxury tour operator ITC Travel Group today officially opened its new city centre headquarters.

The business, which has been based in the city since its inception over 45 years ago, has moved into Bridgetown House on Lower Bridge Street.

Chairman Jennifer Atkinson cut the ribbon across the front door, and said that the move marks the next stage in an ongoing commitment to investing in the latest technology and a more modern working environment for the Group, which counts Inspiring Travel Company, ITC Sports Travel, Regent Holidays, Rainbow Tours and Chester’s Deva Travel among its brands.

“I’m delighted to unveil Bridgetown House as our new home,” said Mrs Atkinson. “As a business we’re thrilled to be pledging our commitment to Chester’s historic city centre, and we look forward to spending many more decades here on Lower Bridge Street.”

The building was officially announced open by Chester’s Town Crier, who then joined the company’s staff inside for a celebratory Afternoon Tea.
