Knutsford Business Club: Vital Link for local businesses
Valuable help and advice from Business Link North West will be available at a meeting of Knutsford Business Club this month.
The event takes place on Tuesday, July 14, at Knutsford’s Angel Hotel on King Street from 6pm onwards. Local business owners are being urged to attend the meeting, which is completely free of charge and open to anyone who owns or manages a business in the area.
The night will feature a presentation from Business Link Northwest’s Cheshire and Warrington Relationship Manager, Mike Collins, who will be on hand to tell local business owners about the advice, services and grants available to help them through the recession.
Also on the agenda will be opportunities for networking, an introduction to some new members and updates on Knutsford’s Christmas events and town plan. A representative from Cheshire East Council will also be giving a presentation on the action it is taking to assist local businesses.
The Knutsford-based small business support and lobby group, the Forum of Private Business, is organising the event and its Chief Executive, Phil Orford, will be in attendance. Business owners do not need to book a place for the event and can simply turn up on the night. However, for more information, call Sue Jordan at the FPB on 01565 626 010.
Following this month’s event, the next meeting of Knutsford Business Club will take place on Tuesday September 8, again at the Angel Hotel.
