Waitrose hosts recruitment day for new Knutsford store

Waitrose is to host a recruitment day for its forthcoming new Knutsford convenience store on Tuesday 26 April at the Cottons Hotel, Manchester Road.

Open to anyone who may be interested in a career at the distinguished supermarket, the open day will provide the opportunity for local people to find out more about the 65 positions available. It will also give residents the opportunity to learn more about working for the retailer, which is the food stores arm of the John Lewis Partnership.

On hand between 10am and 4pm will be members of the Waitrose personnel team, who will be able to talk through the requirements for each role and the application process. Those interested can also apply online directly at www.waitrosejobs.com.

Waitrose Knutsford is due to open on 9 June 2011, and will occupy the former Blockbusters and Travelbag retail units in Princess Street.

The Waitrose Knutsford careers day will take place on Tuesday 26 April, at Cottons Hotel, Manchester Rd, Knutsford, WA16 0SU, from 10.00 – 16.00 on a drop in basis.
