Booming North West beckons for recruitment consultancy
A highly successful recruitment consultancy is spreading its wings and expanding into new markets to open its first satellite office this week.
Brampton Recruitment has seen such growth in business across the North West that it is launching a branch office at the prestigious Booth’s Park, Knutsford, Cheshire.
The company, which opened in North Staffordshire five years ago, already has a strong portfolio of clients across the North West including Manchester city centre-based Blue Chip companies and firms in major towns such as Congleton, Chester, Crewe, Knutsford, Sandbach and Macclesfield.
Brampton Recruitment managing director Claire Thomas said: “These are really exciting times for us. Such has been the demand for our recruitment services in Cheshire, Manchester and the North West that the time has come to branch out.”
“We are renowned for providing the highest levels of customer service and have twice won the Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence in Customer Service. Having a base in the North West will ensure we can meet and exceed existing clients’ expectations, while growing our market share of this vibrant region.
“The expansion plans also put us firmly on course to hit our target of £1million turnover within the next 12 months.”
The Booth’s Park operation will be managed by a new member of the Brampton team Sarah Lane, 30, who brings a wealth of industry expertise and, being Cheshire born and bred, an in-depth knowledge of the region.
Added Claire: “We’re delighted to welcome Sarah on board. With 11 years multi-discipline recruitment experience Sarah has dealt with large blue chips organisations and SMEs. She is a fully qualified recruitment consultant who is respected in the industry for her honest and professional approach.
“Sarah’s appointment takes our well-respected team to six and we hope to recruit another member of staff in the near future too as our business continues to flourish.”
