A groovy way to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support

By on November 8, 2011

On Saturday 12th November, Fit4Life Knutsford will be holding a day of dance and exercise classes, to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

For a donation of just £7, gym bunnies and couch potatoes alike can groove along to a 70s disco workout, learn some street dance routines with their children or simply stretch and relax.  There will even be two Zumba classes, the popular dance workout that regularly sees long queues at Fit4Life’s studio on Haig Road, Parkgate.

Commenting on the event, Fit4Life’s founder Linda Marshall said “There are too many people battling this awful disease.  I know lots of people in Knutsford attend Macmillan coffee mornings and thought this would be another fun way to raise even more money for such a great cause.”

The classes will run from 10am to 5pm and a full timetable can be found on Facebook – just search for Fit4Life Knutsford.  Alternatively, you can book your place by emailing Linda at  info@fit4lifeknutsford.com
