The Mere’s Spa wins the Good Spa Guide’s Award for Best Customer Service 2012.
The Good Spa Guide, which offers an independent comprehensive guide to UK spas, therapies and treatments, has announced The Mere’s spa & health club as winner of the national award for best customer service. The Mere Golf Resort & Spa was re-launched earlier in March 2012 following a £15 million investment and from the outset was committed to delivering excellent customer service. This award is a great testament to all the hard work and commitment that the Mere team has made to make this one of the country’s leading spas.
The state-of-the-art spa & health club offers the best in facilities, treatments and therapists. It received the ‘5 Bubbles’ rating from the Good Spa Guide earlier this year, which is rated against a list of strict criteria alongside all the spas in the UK, which includes customer care, cleanliness, quality of treatments, and value for money. The ‘5 Bubbles’ rating is the highest score possible.
