Squashies, short and sweet tonight just like the Captain .

By on December 3, 2010

After 3 set backs a win needed against the lowly opposition.

Capt Jacko first out the freezer, dropping down to no.4 to play the shivering Sarah, with a quick freeze only dropping 3 points, much to the chagrin of his team mates ( least I didn’t sneak off early this week !! )

Nick Johnson on next at 5 still playing well and against the enthusiastic Tom and Nick held his game for a worthy 3-0 victory.

Tim at 3 was clinical yet only dropped 2 points. He has well got his confidence back by taking over the new members slot whilst Snapey is on his travels, scoring early on with a couple of 21 year old girls keen to join the fray . Could a ladies team be on the horizon?

Steve O’H at 2 against veteran Roy Lomas and three months ago this would have been tricky, but Steve has improved immensely and 7 points was all that Roy could muster.

So to the signature No.1 tie with Tony not disappointing by despatching Gordon with aplomb, again with only 4 points dropped.

A tasty chilli and nan to follow with Tony strangely holding back until he explained that he had a big dinner party engagement at the weekend that he was saving himself for ( Anna and Jacko’s – cow pie probably )
