Tennis Club invites you to get your swing on
AS the sunny weather starts to stick, and with Wimbledon round the corner, it’s that time of year again to dust off your rackets and get swinging.
Knutsford Tennis Club is hosting its annual open day next week and invites everyone, of all ages, to see what’s on offer and have a go at hitting the ball.
Jenny English, who represents the club, said: “It will be a fun afternoon with the opportunity to purchase the latest clothing from Rosebank Sports and everybody is welcome to come down, of all ages and all levels of ability. Balls and rackets will be provided so people can just turn up in their suitable tennis trainers.”
Last year’s open day proved a huge success with parents and children as young as three taking part in games and activities organised by Head Coach Mark Airey.
