This Grade 1, listed mansion set in Cheshire parkland is suitable for civil ceremonies for up to 100 guests. Built in 1767, the elegant, light Georgian rooms also include breathtaking views, opulent Chippendale furniture and original artwork and breathtaking views – alongside fully licenced suites.

Ceremonies are usually conducted in the Gallery or Portico room, which is also a great setting for a champagne reception. Couples can also set up a custom built marquee on site to host their guests, maximising the amount of space available for your wedding party.

Prices for venue hire start from just £900 for less than 20 guests, with wedding dates available throughout the year and on any day. Catering can either be organised externally or through using one of Tabley House’s catering partners – they are not able to provide “in house” catering for weddings.

All of these premises are approved for marriages by Cheshire East Council, who can also provide a list of approved wedding venues in Knutsford where a registrar can marry you on site.
