Boxed Red to boost client relations with new recruit
Customers at Boxed Red Marketing can expect an even better experience thanks to the addition of Client Services Manager, Shelley O’Neill, to the team.
The latest addition to the team at Boxed Red will help the full-service marketing agency provide an even better customer experience for new and existing clients.
Shelley O’Neill has been appointed as Client Services Manager to help boost the company’s relationships with existing customers, as well as making it even easier for new ones to find us.
With a background in journalism and a wealth of both marketing and customer service experience, Shelley is ideally placed to help Boxed Red deliver bespoke solutions, whether she is dealing with a sole trader’s latest press release or delivering a huge corporation’s five-year integrated marketing plan.
Shelley’s impressive CV boasts plenty of writing experience as she has contributed to publications such as the List magazine and local and regional newspapers. She is adept at social media and writing for search engine optimisation and has delivered both for a number of online outlets.
Shelley has also spent time at M.E.N. Media where she worked as a commercial copywriter in the creative studio producing pieces for the Manchester Evening News, numerous weekly titles and Urban Life magazine.
It’s difficult to get Shelley in a flap, which means clients can be sure of her undivided attention whenever they contact the office, no matter what else might be going on in the studio!
