23 year old Knutsford Woman sentenced for drug dealing
Holly Blundell, aged 23, who lived at Townfields was sentenced to 32 months in prison. She had previously been convicted of two charges of supplying cocaine and one charge of possessing cocaine.
The court also ordered that £850 seized by Police Officers should be confiscated under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
Inspector Kate Woods, in charge of Knutsford Neighbourhood Policing Team said, “Several people provided us with information about her activities. This culminated in the execution of a number of search warrants at several addresses in mid October last year. A large quantity of cocaine was found at her home address, together with a substantial amount of cash. “The sentence sends out a very clear message that drug dealing will not be tolerated.
“We are involved in an on-going campaign against the dealers and, as in this case, the key to success is information from the public. We will always follow up any information which you give us and will take every action possible to remove drug dealers from the streets”
