| Police advise motorists following collision in Knutsford |

Cheshire Police currently remain at the scene of a road traffic collision in Knutsford. The collision involves a private hire minibus that left the road and collided with a hedge on Mobberley Road, Knutsford at 11.02 this morning, Thursday 4th August. The driver and his eleven passengers all sustained minor injuries, one casualty sustained injuries to the lower leg. All have been taken to Macclesfield General Hospital. Mobberley Road is presently closed at its junction with Longridge and Parkgate Lane to allow scene examination to take place. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes. |
