Brookland Stars Fun Day on the moor

Competition on the moor which was well supported by the troupes most of them came for North wales and Liverpool and Brookland Stars form Manchester .Everyone had a good day the weather was hot but we all got through it. We also had a tug of war competition which all the troupes took part in. we also had various side stalls which included the friend of the moor and the lions club.
The Lady Mayoress Presented the awards at the end of the day and Mike Finch (Ice Cream Man) gave some Special awards out. We also like to thank C.N.D.A. For a great day out and The friend of the Moor letting Brookland Stars host the event on Sunday and the scouts for the used of the scout hut. We are hoping to be an annaul event see you next year.
