Egerton Primary School in Knutsford has been chosen as one of 10 finalist in Dell’s ‘connect your classroom video competition’. If they win, they will benefit from £25,000 worth of the latest Dell technology.
From the outset, this competition was a challenge set for the children. They conceived, scripted and filmed a 3 minute video in 2 days. Their theme was to use the technology to dramatically change the interaction with their sister school in Kenya, who have 1 computer between 900 children. Their cultural exchange is already rich, but this technology will catapult their relationship into the 21st century!
The winner is determined on the number of online votes. They need your vote TODAY AND EVERY DAY UNITIL 4 MAY. Register at http://www.connectyourclassroom.co.uk. Once registered you can vote once every day until 4 May.
