It’s fair time again at Egerton!

By on July 6, 2011

Egerton Primary School Summer Fair: Sat 9th July from 12 noon to 3pm A great event with lots to enjoy……….

Children can expect a rat splatting, teddy winning, craft making, duck-hooking, bear naming, wellie throwing, goalie-beating, cake eating, lucky dipping, face painting good time.

Grown-ups can drink Pimm’s or Tatton ale, have a lovely lunch from the BBQ (or a cream tea) and watch the Head Mistress getting sponges thrown at her in the stocks! We’ll also be drawing a fantastic summer raffle – prizes including a family prize fund worth over £400, tickets to the Halle in Tatton and a McLaren test drive.

The Competition Tent will be judging sky-high sunflowers, the children’s amazing vehicles made out of vegetables and a sponge cake bake-off.

If that wasn’t enough – we have also lined up a nail-bar for Mums who want pampering, a choir, Morris Dancing (with lessons) and a fire engine for the kids to explore.

So, come on over, bring the family, have your lunch and enjoy yourself in the knowledge that every penny you spend will go towards the making Egerton Primary School even better than it already is!
