Fame the Musical comes to Cheshire

By on August 22, 2017

The Knutsford Musical Theatre Company will be putting on a show to remember with their October run of Fame the Musical.

The show will be running from 25th-28th October 2017 at Memorial Court, Northwich and will feature the well known story of young men and women trying to make it big at the New York High School of Performing Arts, where they find that it isn’t easy to make it as a star.  Fans of the film will enjoy this performance from the Knutsford Musical Theatre Company.

Tickets costs just £16 for Adults, £14 for Concession with family tickets available (booking fees apply online or in person). Tickets can be booked by calling 0800 433 7276, visiting the Memorial Court Box Office or online at www.kmtc.org.uk

KMTC was founded in 1943 under the name of Knutsford Amateur Operatics Society (KAOS). Since then, they have staged a variety of productions from their very first, The Mikado, to their more recent family favourite, The Wizard of Oz.

The decision was made in 2011 to change the name to the now known Knutsford Musical Theatre Company, to reflect the style of the company. The rehearsal venue also changed to Shawheath Social Club, on the outskirts of the town.
