Pub in the Park plans Knutsford stop

By on December 7, 2017

Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park event is looking to set up in Knurtsford following the success of it’s Marlow debut.

After selling 18,000 tickets in 24 hours at the first event, Pub in the Park is looking to set up on The Heath in Knutsford this September.

The event has so far applied for a licence to bring 15,000 people to the event, organised by Brand Events in association with Tom Kerridge, with full traffic management and health and safety plans. They are also considering the Tatton Estate as a potential parking spot for attendees. There have been no objections from the Knutsford Town Council.

A spokesman for Brand Events said: “We head to Knutsford in the north of England for our final Pub in the Park festival of 2018.

“In Cheshire’s Golden Triangle, Knutsford is renowned for its large line-up of restaurants, bars and artisan producers – and will see 15,000 locals and visitors to the area join the festival fun.”

“In each session our visitors can graze on gourmet food and drink, gaining inspiration in our Chef Demo Stage and treating themselves in the shopping areas before finishing their afternoon or evening by enjoying some chart-topping musical acts on our main stage.”

The event will be held from 7-9 September, with other events taking place throughout the year in Bath, Tunbridge Wells and Marlow. For more information visit
