Another resounding success for Brook Street Chapel.

By on November 5, 2009

The concert was called “A Musical Kaleidoscope” and it was just that! The programme included songs from operas and also from muscals as well as two piano solos by the talented pianist. The group changed their costumes to complement the singing and  the audience was entranced.

After the final song the audience wanted more and so the group sang “Time to say goodbye”  as an encore and every one left feeling uplifted.

I am delighted to report that Opus 5 will be returning to Brook Street Chapel on December 4th 2010 for a concert which will be the closing event for the “Gaskell Bicentenary Year
